We develop new formulations for dermal or transdermal drug delivery. New formulations are evaluated not only enhancement the skin permeation of drugs, but also their texture by surface chemistry or rheology. We also study methods for evaluation of skin barrier function which has great effect on efficacy and safety of the material used on the skin.
