臨床薬物動態学研究室 辻泰弘教授らの研究成果がCPT Pharmacometrics Syst Pharmacol誌の4月号に掲載されました。
臨床試験を多数のデザイン要素で構成された組み合わせ最適化問題の一つとして捉え、それに対応したAI技術の一つである遺伝的アルゴリズムを用いコンピュータに臨床試験デザインを提案させました。その結果、医薬品開発時における臨床試験デザインの立案にAIは有用であることを明らかにしました。
