薬剤疫学研究室 川邊一寛客員研究員（横浜市立大学附属市民総合医療センター）らの研究成果が Scientific Reports に掲載されました。
脂質異常症の集団におけるスタチンの使用が白内障発生のリスク増加と関連していることを示しました。いわゆる医療ビッグデータと言われるデータベースである健康診断や処方薬、診断名、臨床検査や手術に関するデータ間をリンケージして解析は行われました。
本研究は、科学研究費助成事業（研究代表者：大場延浩 21K10480）により行われたものです。
