臨床薬物動態学研究室、医薬品化学研究室および富山大学医学部感染症学講座の共同研究の成果 “Simultaneous determination of linezolid, PNU-142300, and PNU-142586 in human serum via ion-pairing reversed-phase liquid chromatography with UV detection” がChromatography誌6月号に掲載されました。
本論文では、ヒト血漿・血清中のリネゾリドならびに主要代謝物PNU-142300およびPNU-142586を同時に定量するためのイオンペア逆相HPLC-UV法を開発し、その有用性について報告しています。
なお、本研究は、令和７年度日本大学薬学部共同研究助成金（研究代表者：及川直毅）の支援により実施したものです。
