薬品分析学研究室、国立医薬品食品衛生研究所およびアジレントとの共同研究の成果が国際学術誌BioTechniquesに掲載されるとともに、同誌ウェブサイトにインタビュー記事が公開されました
本研究では、T4 RNA ligase 2を用いたLigase Detection Reaction（LDR）法と固相抽出法を組み合わせ、核酸医薬品ヌシネルセンに基づくモデルアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドを生体試料（血清・脊髄組織）中から高感度に定量可能な分析プラットフォームを構築しました。本手法は、機能性核酸の創薬研究の進展のみならず、核酸医薬品の適正かつ安全な臨床応用への貢献が期待されます。
